Our Story

BuyZap.in began in 2019 in Haryana, India, as a small family-run business started by my family, the Sharmas. Living in our tight-knit community, we noticed local vendors struggling to get supplies at fair prices. With a simple goal to help our neighbors, I, along with my parents Vikram and Anita, and my siblings Neha and Rohan, launched a small shop focused on selling directly to local vendors, cutting out middlemen to keep costs low.

We worked together from our home, turning our living room into a bustling hub. We used our savings and local knowledge to source goods, delivering them with care using a borrowed van. The business grew quickly as word spread about our honest prices and friendly service.

Sadly, the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, forcing us to close BuyZap.in. We faced tough times, but our spirit remained strong. In 2022, inspired by the growing online world, we restarted with a new plan. We turned BuyZap.in into an e-commerce platform, selling directly to vendors across Haryana and beyond, skipping middlemen once again. Though we’re still small, our family effort continues to support local businesses with the same heart we started with.
